If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the rug back within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price less our outbound shipping cost. It will be the buyer's responsibility to return the rug to our facility. You must obtain a return authorization number from us before returning the item.

We always try to depict our rugs as accurately as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for manufacturer's cut size and/or color/design variance, or individual monitor settings which may distort actual colors.

Our Unconditional Price Match Guarantee ensures that you will always pay less with RugDealz. If you find a lower advertised price on any of our products on another website, we will not only match it but WE WILL BEAT IT BY 15%! We will give you an additional 15% off the difference in price.
